Let there be light
While planning my 8 mile walk I kept thinking about Winnats Pass. This is an extremely popular and accessible location. So I never felt like going to this place. I eventully planned the great ridge walk. However, I started to feel the cramps again in my foot and decided to pitch the tent at this precarious location. I pitched it as late as possible aournd 11pm. It was extremely windy and I could hardly sleep. I woke up just before sunrise and was rewarded with this view. Sometimes the pain is worth it.
